WRF offers workshops for essay writing skills and creative writing. These workshops break down the process of writing into manageable tasks each week so as not to overwhelm students. With lots of encouragement, students will tap into their imagination to create stories with dialogue in Creative Writing and learn the structure for proper essay writing.
In the Essay Writing Workshop, students will write two - five paragraph essays over the eight week session. Students will receive encouraging feedback to help strengthen their writing skills while building confidence in their abilities.
In the Creative Writing Workshop, students will write a narrative while learning story elements, proper dialogue writing, and the structure and flow of a captivating story.
